澎湖縣長陳光復今天在旅遊處長王馨珮、馬公航站主任洪建男等人陪同下，於馬公機場出境大廳歡迎返鄉的鄉親，分送給每人返鄉過年鄉親黑糖糕、飲料和冬季觀光護照，現場還安排有陳宏銘等現場演唱，觀光局澎管處也在機場遊客中心分送「澎湖限定」等紅包袋給出境旅客，讓每名返鄉過年的鄉親，感到溫馨。
馬公機場今天各航空航線起降航班共計有104架次，其中馬公往本島航班都有空位，不過，由本島飛抵馬公各航班，幾乎是班班客滿，上午10時30分至11時，共飛抵5班，機場出境廳到處是返鄉人潮。
航行高馬航線的「臺華輪」，今天也加班疏運，上午自高雄載送了350名鄉親和部大小車輛返澎，下午4時也將再返航高雄。1060127
《CNBC》報導，據 BMI Research 最新的報告，中國 2017 年預計生產鋼鐵 8.25 億噸，較 2016 年增加 0.5%，其中 87% 會用於自身消費。
報告說：「儘管西方人擔心鋼鐵傾銷，但中國在 2017 年增加的產能，主要將用於國內需求，而不是運往國際市場。」
過去幾年來，中國已經慢慢由完人氣商品全依賴工業出口，轉向更多的本地消費需求。鋼鐵因為被批評生產過剩，而開始去產能，此外，中國房地產及建築業發展，也是保持經濟成長重要的動力。
如同 BMI 所說，隨著國內需求增加，中國鋼鐵用於內需的趨勢更加明朗。以今年 8-10 月來說，中國每月平均鋼鐵產量增長 3.6%，但月均出口下降 17.5%，同時，庫存占生產比重，也在 11 月到達歷史低點 8.2%。
BMI 指出，主要是中國對建築業的財政支持，刺激國內工業金屬需求，特別是透過公共基礎建設，如機場、鐵路、電力、水、道路及橋樑等建設。
中國是全球最大的鋼鐵生產國及消費國，BMI 預測，強大的國內需求，會使鋼鐵生產過剩的情況，由 2016 年的 1090 萬噸，到 2017 年減至 320 萬噸。
投資銀行 Morgan Stanley 最新報告，也支持這種看法，他們認為，鋼鐵業近期整體需求將見「穩定及改善」。報告指出，基礎建設的支出一直在增加，而低級別城市的房地產庫存減少，也會形成新的需求上升。由全球來看，從巴西到印度的經濟復甦，加上川普有意擴大美國基礎建設，也會有助需求上升。
